Pet Policy
In some of our properties it’s possible to keep pets, with prior permission. We’ll first seek a pet reference and other key information. You’ll then be asked to sign a pet tenancy agreement that sets out your responsibilities. It covers issues such as pets potentially causing a nuisance to neighbours etc. If this agreement is breached, it can mean that you’re no longer allowed to keep your pet in your home. If you have already moved in and then decide you’d like to keep a pet, you must apply in writing before allowing a pet into your home. Please note that animal breeding is not allowed in any of our properties.
